North-Caucasian State Humanitarian Technological Academy was established on the 7th of June 1991 according to the Decree of theRF State Committee for Science and Higher Education as a branch the Stavropol Polytechnic Institute named "Karachay-Cherkess Institute of Technology". In December the 8th , 1998 it was renamed into " Karachay-Cherkess State Technological Institute".
The North-Caucasus Federal University was founded based on Decree by President of Russian Federation № 958 (July 18, 2011) and Order by Government of Russian Federation № 226-р (February 22, 2012), as the result of a merge of the three universities located in the Stavropol Region – the North-Caucasus State Technical University; the Stavropol State University, and the Pyatigorsk Humanities-Technological University.
Medical Institute of the North-Caucasian State Humanitarian Technological Academy created in 2004 to address human resource issues in Cherkessk on the most popular specialties - Doctor. In accordance with a license to conduct educational activities in the field of higher education at the institute provides training in the specialty Doctor of Medicine.
The emphasis on training doctors to go back and serve in their own Countries has maintained. A large number of Missions throughout Russia make use of these opportunities for training. He / She should have obtained 50% marks in the Physics / Chemistry / Biology / English at the Class XII higher secondary (10+2) level for the general category. All reserved category students having aggregate 40% marks could also apply.
He/she has completed age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before 31st December of the year of his/her admission to the 1st year MBBS/BDS Course and is an INDIAN NATIONAL. There are no entrances examinations and the admissions are strictly on a first come first served basis.

Admission Process :-
Step 1 : - Once the student has satisfied himself / herself about all the merits and demerits of studying in Russia, the student should send or email firstname.lastname@example.org his/her filled application form along with required documents. You can visit at Medstudies office for submitting all the documents and clarify and doubts.

- 4 Passport size color photograph with white background (3*4 cm).

- An agreement letter from parents (In which they allows student to go abroad and they will bear the cost of Study & living in abroad.
- A self-addressed envelope containing the exact address (family name, first name, city/town, street, number, postal code, country).
Step 2 : - The application will be forwarded to the concerned University. Once the University accepts the application of the student, the University will issues a letter of confirmation of admission/Invitation letter, confirming the admission of the student at the University.
Step 3 : -After receiving the Passport and Invitation letter, Medstudies will makes arrangements to have the visa stamped on the passport by the Visa Officer at the Russian Embassy.
Final Step : - After Completing all documentation and formalities, student will arrange the things of common use (Like Clothes, Books, Personal use products etc.)
Now Medstudies will provide the Date of departure, so that student can arrange for Flight Ticket (Medstudies will help the students to purchase cost effective Flight Tickets). At the Departure time Medstudies Representative will goes to the Airport and another Representative will be available at Destination airport in Russia. He/She will arrange for Hotel stay (if needed) and other formalities (Medical insurance, Bank account opening, Hostel registration, College registration, Visa extension, SIM Card registration etc.) in Russia

North Caucasian Federal District is one of the eight federal districts of Russia. It is located in the extreme southwest of Russia, in the geographical area of the North Caucasus. The federal district was split from Southern Federal District on January 19, 2010.
The population of the federal subjects comprising the federal district was 9,428,826 according to the 2010 Census, living in an area of 170,400 square kilometers (65,800 sq mi).
The land area of the district is about 1% of total Russian territory and the population is about 6,5% of total population of Russia. The administrative center of North Caucasus Federal District is Pyatigorsk city.
Geographically, the Northern Caucasus (territory north of the Greater Caucasus Range) includes the Russian republics and krais of the North Caucasus. As part of the Russian Federation, the Northern Caucasus region is included in the North Caucasian and Southern Federal Districts and consists of Krasnodar Krai, Stavropol Krai, and the constituent republics, approximately from west to east: the Republic of Adygea, Karachay–Cherkessia, Kabardino-Balkaria, North Ossetia–Alania, Ingushetia, Chechnya, and the Republic of Dagestan. The outer border of the Soviet Union's North Caucasus Krai was the same as that of present-day North Caucasus Economic Region (Raion) which includes an oblast (Rostov Oblast), two krais (Krasnodar Krai and Stavropol Krai), and seven republics. The former North Caucasus Military District (Okrug) also included Astrakhan Oblast, Volgograd Oblast, and the Republic of Kalmykia.
